Can I call to book an appointment?
Yes! We do not have a receptionist every day, but you can always leave a message or text us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I get my dog’s nails done as a walk-in, without a full service?
Not yet, but we are looking into offering it!

Is there any reason you can’t do my dog?
As outlined in our Policies and Procedures, if your pet exhibits certain behaviors that make the service unsafe for the groomer or your pet, we will call you for a prompt pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my dog once it is done?
You will have one hour to pick up your pet after we notify you—via call, text, or automated online message—that their service is complete. If your pet is not picked up within that time frame, a $10 extended care fee will be charged for each additional hour.
